Eye Witness 1: Captain Ernst Lehmann

Picture

At the time of initial decent, I was actually utilizing the men’s room. My co-captain, Heinrich Bauer was manning the landing of the ship, as I was to supervise. As soon as I realized something was wrong, I began into the cockpit only to arrive into a panicked situation. The cockpit is large as it normally holds upwards to 20 people all doing their part in flying the ship. It is, in fact, a state of the art and complicated piece of machinery….err well, at least it was. But I was only in the cockpit for about a minute before I lost conscienceness. Last thing I remember was how erratic the controls were acting and how our navigators were shouting that something just wasn’t right. But I am sorry sir, but that is all that I recollect. (Ernst Lehmann died shortly after this interview)
